Surbhi Aggrawal

Surbhi Aggrawal has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Surbhi currently holds the position of Human Resources Lead at NextGen Invent Corporation since 2021. Previously, they worked at Toprankers as a Human Resource Lead, where they managed multiple branches and focused on talent acquisition, talent management, and employee engagement and recognition programs. Prior to that, they worked as a Human Resources Executive at TopRankers where they contributed to the growth of the EdTech startup. Surbhi also gained experience as a Senior Associate - Human Resource at Print Chowk, where they handled recruitment efforts, employee performance management, and the exit process. In addition, they worked as an Associate - Human Resource & Operations at FitMeIn, where they were involved in designing and implementing HR policies and procedures.

Surbhi Aggrawal attended Maharshi Dayanand University from 2011 to 2015, where they obtained a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Computer Software Engineering. Additionally, in 2011 and 2012, they attended Dav public school in Faridabad, completing their senior secondary education with a focus on non-medical studies.
