Helen Robinson has a work experience spanning from 2013 to the present. Helen began their career in 2013 at Telesmart Ltd as a Service Controller/Help Desk Administrator, where they worked until December 2014. In 2015, they joined Reliance Communications Pty Ltd as a Service Coordinator, but their tenure there was only from March to July 2015. Since July 2015, Helen has been working at NextGen.Net as a Customer Solutions Support Analyst.

Helen Robinson earned their Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and Criminology from Victoria University of Wellington, where they studied from 2008 to 2011.
