Stephanie Hoo

Stephanie Hoo currently serves as a Venture Partner at NextGen Venture Partners since February 2016. Previously, Stephanie was the Vice President of Corporate Development & Strategy at Women's Health USA from May 2018 to December 2021, where responsibilities included leading M&A, corporate development, and growth initiatives focused on health technology and women's health. Before that, Stephanie held the position of Chief of Staff to the CEO and Senior Associate at Sverica Capital Management from July 2012 to April 2018, contributing to a prominent lower middle market private equity firm. Additionally, Stephanie worked as a Senior Associate Consultant at The Lucas Group from July 2010 to March 2012, specializing in due diligence and strategic initiatives for private equity services. Stephanie Hoo earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania in 2010.
