Jeff Carter

As Operations Director Jeff is responsible for the implementation, delivery and maintenance of the NextGenAccess network as it continues to grow. With over 30 years working in the utility industry including Gas and Telecommunications Jeff brings a wealth of experience in the management of turnkey projects from design to delivery and subsequent Maintenance activities.

Prior to joining NextGenAccess Jeff worked for 17 years at Level 3 Communications managing the UK Operations team responsible for all aspects of Operations including over 1,000 miles of external network, 3 x Data Centres, Facilities, Service delivery, Building Adds and Contract Management.
