Guillaume CHARLES has extensive experience in product management and leadership roles. Guillaume started their career at Keolis, where they interned and created a database for bus incidents. Guillaume then worked as a home tutor at Acadomia, teaching math and physics to high school students.
In 2010, Guillaume interned at Thales Research and Technology, where they implemented a program for managing a quantum cryptography experimental setup. Guillaume also had a role as a student at Tél écom Paristech, where they pursued a Master of Science in Computer Science, quantum physics, and quantum computing.
After completing their studies, Guillaume joined Murex as a Product Manager, specializing in market data interfaces. Guillaume used agile methodologies to manage specifications, user stories, and testing processes for new features.
In 2015, Guillaume joined Ekimetrics as a Product Manager and Senior Consultant, working on various projects. Guillaume then joined Nexthink in 2017, initially as a Product Manager and later as a Senior Product Manager. Guillaume successfully launched the first Nexthink SaaS product, Application Experience, which generated multi-million-dollar revenue and improved the experience for over 3 million employees.
Currently, Guillaume is a Product Director at Nexthink, leading a team of product managers and overseeing a category of monetized products related to application and overall digital experience monitoring. Guillaume recently launched two new products in 2022.
Guillaume CHARLES began their education at Lycée Cuvier in 2003, where they obtained their Baccalauréat in an unspecified field of study in 2006. Guillaume then attended Lycée Victor Hugo from 2006-2008, focusing on Maths and physics, although they did not complete a degree at this institution. In 2008, Guillaume enrolled at Télécom Paris and pursued a degree in Computer Science, earning their Ingénieur (M2) degree in 2011. In addition to their formal education, Guillaume obtained certifications in eValueSelling Fundamentals from ValueSelling Associates, Inc. in September 2020 and ITIL Foundation from AXELOS Global Best Practice in October 2019.
