Senior Customer Success Manager

Ken Martin is a seasoned professional in the field of Digital Experience Management and IT transformation. Currently serving as a Senior Customer Success Manager and Digital Experience Architect at Nexthink since June 2019, Ken focuses on enhancing customer experiences through strategic implementation of the Nexthink platform. Prior to this role, Ken spent over 14 years at BMC Software, where responsibilities included leading a Transformation Team as a Practice Manager and developing IT architectures as a Digital Transformation Architect. Earlier in Ken's career, a position as a Solutions Consultant at HP Software was held. Ken holds a Master of Science in Information Technology from Capella University, a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems from the University of Phoenix, and an Associate of Science in Mechanical Design from NHTI, Concord's Community College.
