Raghavendra SM has a diverse work experience spanning over 18 years. Raghavendra is currently the Senior Director of Engineering at Nexthink, where they are responsible for building a new engineering team in India to enhance the company's production innovation and delivery capabilities. Prior to this role, Raghavendra held the position of Senior Director of Engineering at Vera Security, where they focused on building and scaling the India Engineering organization to drive product innovation. Raghavendra also served as an Advisor on the Board of Directors at DogMyCats! from 2015 to 2020. Raghavendra has a strong background in engineering leadership, having previously worked at Pulse Secure as the Director of Engineering. Raghavendra played a crucial role in developing high-performance client software and delivering strategic capabilities in compliance, visibility, IoT, mobile security, cloud security, unified client, and infrastructure development. Before joining Pulse Secure, Raghavendra worked at RSA, the Security division of EMC, as an Associate Principal Engineer, leading the design and development of ECAT agent software and re-architecting the DLP endpoint infrastructure. Raghavendra also contributed to the design and development of the DLP data center product. Earlier in their career, Raghavendra held senior software engineering roles at Copanion, Inc., Aylus Networks, Aricent, and Sasken. Raghavendra SM completed a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E) in Computer Science from Visvesvaraya Technological University from 1999 to 2003. Raghavendra then pursued a Master of Science (MS) in Software Systems from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani from 2005 to 2007.
