MacKenzie Baishiki

Mackenzie Baishiki is currently the Director of Events at NextHome, Inc. since June 2014. Mackenzie also holds the position of Franchise Development Director at Realty World - City of the Bay since January 2012. With a background in earth sciences, soils, geology, and botany, Mackenzie brings a wealth of knowledge to the real estate industry, specializing in the East Bay Area. Prior to their current roles, Mackenzie worked in various positions such as a Geotechnic Lab Technician III at Kleinfelder and as an Assistant Manager at Greengate Farms, where they were responsible for the health and maintenance of over 80 horses. Their diverse experiences also include positions as a Lab Technician and Teacher's Assistant at Cal Poly State University.
