Amro Ellakany is an experienced professional in technical support, currently serving as Technical Support Manager at Nextiva since November 2016, after progressing from the role of Technical Support Specialist. Prior to joining Nextiva, Amro worked at Emirates Transport Technology Solutions - ETTS from November 2008 to January 2016, where responsibilities included Technical Support and Data Entry.
