Prafull Nautiyal

Prafull Nautiyal is an accomplished Product Manager Fellow at NextLeap since August 2024, with extensive experience in customer experience and product management roles spanning several leading tech companies. At Flipkart, Prafull served as Senior Manager of Customer Experience Product, Design, and Strategy, where notable achievements included designing and productizing Flipkart Video Troubleshooting and significantly improving NPS scores. Earlier roles involved managing quality for new launches and collaborative, innovative problem-solving, earning a CEO Award for customer excellence. Previous positions at Micromax Informatics Ltd and Samsung Electronics involved launching popular mobile devices and overseeing quality management for flagship smartphones, with a significant stint at Samsung Headquarters in South Korea for advanced training. Prafull holds a B.Tech in Electrical and Electronics from the College of Engineering Roorkee.
