Susan Webster

Susan Webster has a diverse work experience in the field of software development and quality assurance. Susan currently works as the Director of Software Development at Nextlink Internet, where they provide leadership to build and enhance the software development team. Prior to this role, they served as a Scrum Process Consultant at Front Range Systems, where they served as a product owner and Scrum Agile Coach. Susan has also worked as the Director of Quality Assurance at BlueModus, where they reviewed and defined test procedures across multiple Scrum Squads. Susan has held various roles at BioTRUST Nutrition, including Director of Quality Assurance, IT, and IT Quality Assurance Manager. Susan has also worked at Salt River Project as a QA Lead & Scrum Master and at JBS as a Quality Assurance Lead. Susan started their career at Progressive Insurance as a Quality Assurance Analyst, Sr, and also worked as a Software Engineer at IBM.

Susan Webster earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science from Meredith College, where they studied from 1997 to 2001. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification from Scrum Alliance in June 2018 and also holds the Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification from the same institution, attained in 2020.
