Josh Probert has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Josh began their career at Waitrose as a Customer Service Representative from August 2012 to March 2015. Josh then worked as a Marketing Assistant at Mackenzie Marketing Ltd from July 2014 to December 2015, providing digital marketing and social media support to clients.

In 2016, Josh became an IT Technician at Wilmslow High School from January to September, before joining Hilti Great Britain. At Hilti, they served as a Hilti Store Representative from October 2016 to February 2018 and then as an Account Manager from March 2018 to March 2020. In these roles, they built and maintained business relationships, conducted training sessions, upsold products and services, and provided consultative support during the tender process.

From April 2020 to March 2023, Josh worked as a Director at Hyphen Business Solutions Limited, where they assisted SMEs in implementing third-party software and provided digital project management. Josh conducted training workshops for key personnel.

In November 2021, Josh joined NextMinute as a Customer Engagement Manager for the UK. In this role, they led the UK Sales Channel, conducted software demos, provided customer onboarding, and contributed UK market feedback for product development. Josh also attended events to increase brand awareness and sales. During their tenure, they successfully increased monthly recurring revenue by 600% over a 12-month period and implemented internal processes to support growth in the UK market.

In April 2023, they also became an Ambassador at Saint Ambassador, an organization that supports individuals seeking opportunities in the construction industry.

Currently, Josh is the Head of Customer Success - EMEA at NextMinute, a position they started in April 2023. In this role, their responsibilities include leading the go-to-market strategy for the UK and Ireland, driving user adoption and growth initiatives, managing various software platforms, developing strategic partnerships, and localizing product feedback for the UK market.

Josh Probert attended Wilmslow High School from 2007 to 2012. Josh then went on to study at Wilmslow High School Sixth Form from 2012 to 2014, where they pursued subjects such as Business Studies, Information Communication Technology, Music Technology, and Media Studies. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several certifications, including Critical Thinking, Be the Manager People Won't Leave, Growing Your Skills as a Leader, How to Build Credibility as a Leader, Leadership Mindsets, and Project Management Skills for Leaders from LinkedIn. Josh has also completed The Fundamentals of Digital Marketing from Google, Carbon Literate from The Carbon Literacy Project, Agile Project Management / Agile Project Delivery from Udemy, Frictionless Sales from HubSpot, and an Advanced Level Apprenticeship in Social Media, as well as a Level 3 Diploma in Social Media for Business from Skillsfirst Awards Ltd.
