Noelia Maizel

Noelia Maizel has over four years of work experience in the Human Resources and Technical Recruiting fields. Noelia started their career in 2016 at KMP Gestión as an HR Analyst, where they were responsible for the full-cycle recruiting processes, assessing the requirements of the roles, performing behavioral interviews, preparing candidates' reports, and presenting them to the clients. Noelia also assisted in projects on start-up human resources departments, participating in HR processes' audits and job profile definitions.

In 2018, Noelia moved to JRV Consultora Integral as an HR Analyst and Technical Recruiter. Here, they were responsible for full-cycle recruiting processes for technical and non technical profiles, assessing requirements, analyzing the organizational culture, performing behavioral interviews and technical assessments, and presenting candidates to the clients.

In 2019, Noelia joined SparkDigital as a Recruiting Analyst & Pod Lead. In this role, they were in charge of leading and coordinating a squad of two Recruiting Analysts and three Sourcing Interns. Noelia was also responsible for searching, contacting, and selecting potential candidates for the different projects/accounts of the company.

Currently, Noelia is the Learning & Development Lead at Nexton. Additionally, they are a Technical Recruiting Coordinator and Senior Technical Recruiting Analyst. Nexton empowers venture-backed start-ups, connecting them with world-class engineering talent through a smart and agile process. Her vision is to help top-tier engineers work with the most exciting companies in the US.

Noelia Maizel obtained a Degree in Sociology from Universidad Nacional de Mar del Plata between 2009 and 2016. Noelia then obtained a First Certificate in English from the University of Cambridge in February 2008. In January 2018, they obtained a Recruiting and Talent Acquisition certification from Capacitarte and in April 2020, they obtained a Corporate Social Responsibility and Sustainability certification from Capacitarte. Noelia is currently pursuing a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resources Business Partner and Agile Methodologies from Universidad de Belgrano which they are expected to complete in 2021.
