Shelby Mounts is an experienced executive with a robust background in military and civilian leadership roles. Currently serving as Executive Director of NextOp Veterans since October 2022, Shelby focuses on bridging the gap between Enlisted Veterans and employers seeking military talent. As CEO of Riverside Consulting Services LLC since October 2016, Shelby provides strategic business development advice to companies engaging with the US Government. Prior roles include Chief Commercial Officer at Vita Inclinata Technologies, Director of Defense Aerospace & Maritime Business Development at ATI, and significant leadership positions in the US Navy, including Captain with 25 years of service. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science from the United States Naval Academy, a Master of Science in International Business from the University of San Diego, and advanced training in aviation safety.
