Tania Rezende Armando

Tania Rezende Armando has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Tania began their career as a Store Manager at Volta e Meia LTDA, where they supervised staff, managed customer and staff issues, and handled stock levels and administration. Tania then transitioned to the advertising industry, working at Pro2 Propaganda e Promoção as an Account Executive, where they acted as a main point of contact for clients and coordinated campaign executions. Tania also served as a Media and print production assistant, negotiating media prices with publishers and printing companies. Tania then moved on to Academia Latino Americana De Arte - ALA as an Event Assistant, assisting in organizing art exhibitions and coordinating production and delivery of exhibition materials.

Tania's career then led their to Booking.com, where they held multiple roles. Firstly, as a Customer Service Guest Specialist, they acted as an intermediary between customers and accommodations, handling requests and complex issues while providing exceptional customer service. Tania took ownership of their own performance and initiated initiatives to enhance team performance. Additionally, Tania worked as a Product Operations Coordinator, advocating for the customer within Marketing and Payments tracks and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve the product and user experience by identifying bugs and customer pain points.

Currently, Tania is employed at NextPax as an API Support Team Lead, overseeing a team and providing support in integrating various systems through the application programming interface (API). Tania holds an additional role as a Connectivity Support Specialist, offering technical support to improve connectivity solutions.

Throughout their career, Tania has demonstrated their ability to excel in customer service, coordination, team leadership, and problem-solving.

Tania Rezende Armando completed their Bachelor's degree in communications, specializing in advertising and marketing, from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo. Tania attended the university from 2005 to 2009. In addition to their degree, Tania has obtained several certifications. In 2014, they received the "Staatsexamen Nederlands als tweede taal (NT2)" certification from College voor Examens. In 2018, they completed the "SQL for Beginner Data Analysis" course from Udemy. More recently, in 2021, they obtained the "Agile Scrum Training: Scrum master + Agile Project Management" and "Learn Swagger and the Open API Specification" certifications from Udemy.
