Jan Moeschwitzer

Jan Moeschwitzer has extensive experience in pharmaceutical development, currently serving as the Head of Drug Product Development at NextPharma since April 2014. In addition, Jan has been a lecturer in Pharmaceutical Technology at Freie Universität Berlin since September 2008. Previous roles include Manager of Pharmaceutics at AbbVie, Group Leader of Formulations Sciences Solids at Abbott, and Head of Early Pharmaceutical Development at Abbott Healthcare Products B.V. Jan began a career in pharmaceuticals as a Senior Pharmaceutical Scientist at Solvay Pharmaceuticals and also held roles at Capsulution NanoScience AG and within academic research as a PhD student at Freie Universität Berlin. Jan holds a degree in Pharmacy from Freie Universität Berlin, completed between 1997 and 2001.
