Laura Nicolicin, PMP, CSM, serves as a Senior Project Manager at NextPhase Medical Devices since August 2021, overseeing complex disposable medical product projects with a focus on project planning, team management, and process improvement. Previous positions at Continental from April 2010 to August 2021 included roles as Project Manager and Inside Sales Representative, where Laura managed projects across multiple divisions while ensuring customer satisfaction and economic success. Early career experience included roles at Dura Automotive Systems LLC and Flextronics International Tecnologia Ltda. Notably, Laura holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the American University in Bulgaria, an MBA from West University of Timisoara, a Baccalaureate in Computer and Information Sciences, and completed a PMP Boot Camp at the University of New Hampshire.
