Mbi Jason Child

Jason Child, MBI, CSM, is an accomplished Project Manager and Scrum Master with extensive experience in leading the transition from Waterfall to Agile methodologies at NextPhase Medical Devices, where responsibilities included corporate training in the Jira issue tracking system and managing multi-million-dollar facility improvements. Previous roles at TEKsystems and Protective Life involved coaching teams in Agile practices and supporting product delivery through effective communication and stakeholder engagement. At Liberty Mutual Insurance, Jason excelled as a Program Manager, overseeing multiple projects while ensuring system availability, and earlier, as a Customer Service Manager at General Linen Service, achieved significant increases in revenue through strategic customer management. Jason holds a Master of Business Intelligence and a Bachelor of Management Information Systems from American Sentinel University.
