Robert Olsen

Robert Olsen has a diverse work experience in the medical device industry. Robert began their career at Nypro Inc., where they held various roles including Quality Engineer and Director of Business Development. At Nypro, they focused on expanding the Healthcare Diagnostics business and driving sales growth through strategic planning and relationship building. Robert then joined Flextronics International, where they served as the Vice President of Business Development and Senior Director of Business Development. In these roles, they were instrumental in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve significant revenue growth. Following their time at Flextronics, Olsen joined Vention Medical Inc. as the Vice President of Business Development. Robert led a team of business development and technical sales representatives, driving revenue growth and market share in the medical device industry. Currently, they are the Chief Commercial Officer at NextPhase Medical Devices, where they are responsible for overseeing commercial operations.

Robert Olsen has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Engineering Management from Boston University. Furthermore, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a concentration in Marketing from Nichols College between 1998 and 2000.
