Susan Guidi

Susan Guidi serves as the Sr. Director of Supply Chain & Logistics at NextPhase Medical Devices since July 2025. Prior to this role, Susan held the position of Sr. Manager of Supply Chain at Epredia from August 2019 to August 2025. Susan's earlier experience includes various roles at Albany Engineered Composites, starting as a Master Production Planner and advancing to Director of Planning and Material Control between March 2011 and January 2022. Additionally, Susan worked at Rockwell Automation as a Master Production Scheduler/Global Supply Planner from November 1999 to March 2011 and served as Customer Service Manager at Cleveland Motion Controls from 1997 to 1999. Susan holds an Associate of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from Middlesex Community College and has further certifications from Northeastern University in the same field.
