Thomas Niedrach

Thomas Niedrach is a Mechanical Engineer with extensive experience in the medical devices and manufacturing sectors. Currently serving as Team Lead Mechanical Engineer at NextPhase Medical Devices since November 2021, Thomas has a strong background in project engineering, having previously worked at Nypro, A Jabil Company, where contributions included executing validation tests and improving machine efficiency through Lean principles. Thomas held dual roles at Celero Partners as Mechanical Engineer and Manufacturing Manager, where key projects involved the design of a tree injection system and cogeneration systems, along with leading a 3D print lab. Early experiences included engineering co-op positions at Allen Medical Systems and Coravin, alongside internships focusing on product design and analysis. Thomas holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Northeastern University.
