Nicolás Bustos

Chris Nicol is an experienced electrical engineer with a strong background in collaborative solution development, currently working at SMART Technologies since July 2010. Throughout the career, Chris has developed hardware for innovative DViT interactive whiteboards and educational devices, previously contributing as a firmware engineer. Prior roles include electronics contractor for Science Alberta Foundation, where Chris focused on electronics design for educational programs, and teaching assistant at the University of Calgary, supporting engineering labs and assessments. Earlier experience as an electronics engineer at Grindcom involved developing control systems for forestry equipment, encompassing circuit design and software development. Chris holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Calgary and a Bachelor of Technology in Electronics Engineering from DeVry Institute of Technology.
