Puneet Gaur has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Currently, they are an Official Member of the Forbes Business Council. Previously, they worked at Next Quarter as the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Information Security Officer, where they were responsible for managing product development and delivery, HR, IT, QA, and large sales deals. Puneet also served as the India Head, where they established the cadence for product development and customer delivery, implemented processes and guidelines, and executed a hiring process to attract and retain top talent.

Prior to that, Puneet worked at DMI (Digital Management, LLC) as the Head of Global Finance Shared Services, where they were recruited to transform finance operations globally and integrate acquisitions. Additionally, they held leadership positions at DXC Technology as the Head of Global Finance Shared Services, overseeing teams in the USA, Asia, and Europe, and as a Senior Principal responsible for global finance budgeting and business partnerships.

Puneet also has experience at Avaya, where they served as the Director of Global Finance Operations and Strategy, Senior Manager of Finance Operations and Strategy, and Manager of Product Management.
