Nauzer Gotla is currently the Vice President of Internal Audit at Nextracker Inc. and serves as an Advisory Board Member for Riscosity and Tryfacta, Inc. With over 25 years of experience in auditing, Nauzer has held various leadership positions, including Vice President at Maxar Technologies and Cloudflare, Inc., where they built internal audit functions from the ground up. Nauzer has expertise in internal and external audit, cybersecurity, and enterprise risk management, fostering strong relationships with key executives to enhance organizational risk management. Educated at the Institute of Chartered Financial Analysts of India and the University of Calcutta, Nauzer holds a CFA designation and a Bachelor of Commerce degree.
