Naveen Ramisetti

Naveen Ramisetti is an accomplished metallurgical engineer with extensive experience spanning over 15 years in the steel industry and advanced high-strength steels. Currently serving as Principal Engineer - Metallurgy at Nextracker Inc., Naveen focuses on enhancing the performance of NX applications through the optimization of steel grades and manufacturing processes. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Metallurgical Engineer at Oregon Tool, where technical assistance was provided for heat-treating mid-carbon steels and evaluating lawn mower blade metallurgy. Naveen previously held various engineering positions at ArcelorMittal, where significant contributions included leading projects that resolved critical production issues, earning multiple prestigious awards such as the 2018 NAFTA Critical Customer Intervention Award and the 2017 AISI Gilbert Speich Award. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Material Science and Chemical from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette and a Bachelor of Technology in Chemical Engineering from Chaitanya Bharathi Institute of Technology.
