Sophia Herdina is an experienced professional in the field of service operations and human resources. Currently serving as the Head of Service Operations at NextSense since November 2022, Sophia previously held various roles within Sydney Catholic Schools from May 2011 to November 2022, including Project Manager for People & Culture, Acting Change Manager, and Team Leader for Projects. With a strong focus on driving People & Culture strategy and operations, Sophia has successfully led the development and delivery of projects while ensuring effective collaboration across different functional areas. Sophia holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from RMIT University, obtained between 1999 and 2001.
