Suzette Sugathan

Suzette Sugathan has a wealth of professional experience, beginning with their role as a Business Analyst for Satyam Computer Services in Atlanta, GA in 1998. Suzette then moved to Bangalore, India and took on the role of Business Development Executive for Satyam. In 2000, they moved to Seattle, WA to become the Marketing Manager for the Microsoft Alliance at Satyam Computer Services. In 2004, Suzette joined Unilever as the Regional Brand Manager for Ponds for South Asia, where they spearheaded the repositioning and upgrade of Ponds as a Masstige brand from its value avatar for the regional cluster. In 2008, they moved to Future Group India as the CEO of Salons, where they redefined, grew and delivered 2.5x top line growth for the wellness, personal care and salon business categories. In 2013, they co-founded SueShiv, a personal grooming business serving 150 diverse professionals. Finally, in 2016, Suzette joined NextServices as Director, where they built processes and streamlined diverse functions of HR, Finance and IT, leading to a historical increase in profitability.

Suzette Sugathan obtained their MBA from The Wharton School in 2004, majoring in Marketing and Strategic Management. Suzette also holds a B.E in Electronics and Communication from Manipal Academy of Higher Education, which they obtained in 1996. In May 2020, they completed the Inbound Marketing certification from HubSpot Academy.
