Liad Gersh

Liad Gersh is an experienced operations and facilities manager with a strong background in high-stakes environments. Currently serving as the Operations/Facilities Manager at NextSilicon, a stealth-mode computer chip design startup since June 2021, Liad previously held the position of Director of Global Operations at Medical Farm from August 2019 to June 2021, where responsibilities included the founding and management of an advanced medical cannabis facility. Prior roles include General Manager at halalit.tv, an online content creation and live streaming startup, and Operations Manager at Sport5 - The Sports Channel, overseeing facilities management and operations for a major media entity. Liad holds an undergraduate degree in Industrial Engineering from Ruppin Academic Center.
