David Ballenberger

David Ballenberger has held several leadership positions throughout their career. From 2020 to the present, they have served as President at Synergy Step Solutions and NextStep Solutions, Inc. Prior to this, they held the role of Vice President for Operations at Lakeridge in 2008. From 1996 to 2008, they served as the Executive Director and President at Rose Hill Center.

David Ballenberger obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work from Siena Heights University in 1972. David then pursued a Master's Degree in Social Work with a focus on Administration from Wayne State University, which they completed between 1977 and 1979.
