Randall Howell has extensive experience in military mail operations, having served in various leadership roles within the United States Marine Corps from June 2004 to July 2021, including positions such as Marine Corps Installations West Postal Director and Marine Corps Installations Pacific Postal Director. In these roles, Randall managed large teams, developed policies and procedures, and provided technical advisory support to senior leaders on operational effectiveness. Currently, Randall serves as PM Records Manager III at NextStep Technology, Inc. Since 2008, Randall has also pursued higher education, earning a degree in Human Resources Management from American Military University.
