Roger Olson

Roger Olson is an experienced professional with a diverse background in management and leadership. Currently serving as the Capture Manager at NextStep Technology, Inc. since February 2023, Roger focuses on identifying and securing federal government contracts. Previously, Roger was the President of Blue Ice Imports from January 2016 to August 2022, where the company specialized in Croatian-made products, emphasizing small, family-owned businesses. Roger also held the role of President at ODG, a veteran-owned small business known for its staffing and learning solutions, from March 2008 to September 2018, and provided executive oversight at W:I from July 2001 to February 2008. Roger's military service as a Joint Task Force Commander in the US Army from May 1979 to December 2000 showcased strong leadership capabilities. Roger holds a Master of Public Administration from Troy University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of North Dakota.
