Annelie Magnusson

Annelie Magnusson is an experienced procurement and project management professional with a strong background in strategic sourcing and competitive procurement. Currently serving as Senior Strategic Sourcing Manager and Team Leader for Program Procurement at Saab since October 2021, Annelie previously held significant roles including Project Manager for Stockholm Metro public transport services procurement at Trafikförvaltningen, Region Stockholm, and Procurement Manager at Försvarets materielverk, overseeing large-scale military procurement projects. Annelie's expertise encompasses legal and commercial aspects of procurement, with hands-on experience in both air and space systems. Annelie began the career with internships at the Consulate General of Sweden in Chicago and the Swedish American Chamber of Commerce. Annelie holds a M.Sc. in Business and Economics with a focus on International Business from Umeå School of Business, Economics, and Statistics, supplemented by exchange studies at the University of Calgary.
