Michelle Nehrenz has a diverse background in customer success, videography, and photography. Michelle began their career as a Media Specialist at Camp Lutherhoma in 2012, where they captured all video and photos 6 days a week for the entire camp for three summers. In 2013, they became a Photojournalist for the University of Oklahoma student newspaper The Oklahoma Daily, covering stories such as the Norman mayoral election of 2013. In 2014, they became a Videographer at OKC Good. In 2015, Michelle became a Media Specialist at the University of Oklahoma - Information Technology, where they acted as the sole Videographer and Photographer for the store and produced promotional videos for Social Media accounts. In 2016, Michelle became an Assistant Manager at Upward VR and an AV Intern at Mary Kay Inc., where they filmed seminar events and general sessions during 4 separate seminar groupings and added Spanish subtitles for videos with Avid. In 2018, they became a Customer Success Manager at SpringboardVR, where they implemented and maintained the Knowledge Base, writing 250+ support articles for clients and provided tier 1 tech support and handled all billing inquiries. Finally, in 2020, Michelle became a Customer Success Manager at NextThought, where they act as the Client Success Manager for 75+ clients, onboard and trains all new clients on the LMS product, and manages all enterprise contracts consisting of video production, custom development, and learning design.
