Lauren Nolen

Lauren Nolen is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as a Board Member and Finance and Audit Committee member for NextUp RVA and as a Mentor for Startup Virginia, Lauren also holds the position of Director of Technical Accounting at Smithfield Foods. Previously, Lauren was the Chief Financial Officer at Common House, Inc., a hospitality management company. Lauren's background includes a notable tenure at EY, where roles progressed from Assurance Staff to Senior Manager in Financial Accounting Advisory Services. An alumnus of the University of Richmond with a BSBA in Accounting, Lauren also gained international experience at Maastricht University.
