Carlos Rodríguez Laiz

Carlos Rodríguez Laiz has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of audiovisual production and management. Carlos started their career as a freelance audiovisual professional in 2009, where they worked on various projects including multimedia events, corporate presentations, and videoclips.

In 2011, Carlos worked as a Realizador for EHS.TV, where they gained experience in directing and producing audiovisual content. Carlos then joined I-Tek as a Camera Operator and Video Editor in 2012, where they specialized in recording and editing theater, dance, and classical music performances.

Carlos joined TVE in 2016, working as an Assistant Producer and later as a Video Operator. During their time at TVE, they had the opportunity to work on notable programs such as Los Conciertos de Radio 3 and Los Conciertos de La 2, where they gained experience in planning, live production, and post-production.

In 2015, Carlos co-founded Rocky Horror Spain, a theater company, where they held the roles of Producer and Technical Director. Carlos was responsible for the overall coordination of human and technical resources, as well as administrative and financial management.
