Celine Gabriel-Sabatier

Celine Gabriel-Sabatier has over 19 years of work experience in the hospitality industry. Celine started their career at Taillevent Paris in 2000 as a Commis First Course. Celine then moved to Hôtel de Crillon, A Rosewood Hotel in 2001, where they worked as a Front Desk Receptionist. In 2004, they joined Sofitel London St James as a Front Office Supervisor. In 2007, they worked as a Night Manager at W Montreal Hotel and as a Supervisor and Concierge at Meridien Versailles with Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc. In 2009, they became the Executive Housekeeper and Director of Guest Services at Sofitel San Francisco Bay. In 2015, they were the Hotel Manager at Hotel Vitale. Celine then joined Nextuser in 2014 as the Head of Operations and in 2019, they became the Head of Operations - America at onefinestay and the Director of Operations - USA at Blueground Co.

Celine Gabriel-Sabatier received a BS in International Hospitality Management and a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Administration/Management from EHL between 2000 and 2003. In 2018, they obtained a Financial Management certification from Cornell University and a Restaurant Revenue Management certification from Cornell University.
