Afik Har-Gil

Afik Har-Gil is a highly skilled Mechanical Engineer with a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology. Currently serving as a Research Development Mechanical Engineer at NextVision Stabilized Systems Ltd. since June 2020, Afik Har-Gil specializes in optomechanical and stabilized (gimballed) systems, including miniature stabilized cameras. Prior experience includes a role as a Mechanical Engineer at BIRD Aerosystems, where responsibilities involved opto-mechanical design, precision mechanics, electronic packaging design, and compliance with military standards. At SCD, Afik Har-Gil contributed as an opto-mechanical engineer, focusing on the development of infrared detectors and design of precision machined parts to meet optical tolerances.
