Karmel Magames

Karmel Magames is a seasoned mechanical engineer with extensive experience in the field. Currently serving as a Research Development Mechanical Engineer at Beewise since September 2025, Karmel previously held multiple roles at MotoRad Ltd., including Senior Automation Engineer and Head of the Metal-forming Engineering Department, where responsibilities included leading a mechanical design engineering team. Karmel's expertise encompasses Press/Die Tools Design, 3D CAD Modeling & Simulation using SolidWorks, and Finite Element Analysis (FEA). Prior experience includes working as a Network Customer Support Specialist at 013 Netvision and as a Network System Specialist in the Israel Defense Forces. Karmel holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology and is a certified private pilot from Megido Aviation School.
