Rina Shimizu

Rina Shimizu is a recruitment consultant specializing in technology for the Asia-Pacific region at NextWave Partners since October 2022, focusing on delivering comprehensive recruitment services and strategic human capital consultation. Prior to this role, Rina served as a Senior Recruitment Consultant at Pasona Singapore Pte Ltd from September 2017 to September 2022, where responsibilities included full-cycle recruiting and HR consultation across various industries. Rina's career began at a cooperative insurance organization from 2014 to 2016 in a General Affairs and Group Secretary capacity. Rina completed a Bachelor's degree in Foreign Languages and Literatures from Kanagawa University in 2014 and is currently pursuing further education at the University of Victoria.
