Damodaran Selvaraj is an experienced professional with over two decades in operations and management within the IT and healthcare sectors. Currently serving as Sr Vice President & Head of Centre Operations at Mahendra Next Wealth IT India Pvt Ltd since August 2008, Damodaran has held multiple roles ranging from Vice President to Operations Manager. Prior experience includes key contributions at Indecomm Global Services, where a significant productivity enhancement initiative was implemented, as well as leadership roles at OpenSols Infotech, Sykes, Ajuba Solutions, and G V Infoserv. Damodaran holds an MBA in Human Resource from Tamil Nadu Open University, completed between 2011 and 2013.
