Lena Fölting

Lena Fölting has extensive work experience in digital marketing and CRM roles. Lena is currently working as a Senior CRM & E-Mail Marketing Manager at nexum AG since March 2021. Prior to this, Lena worked at WhiteWall Media GmbH from August 2020 to March 2021 as a Senior CRM & E-Mail Marketing Manager. In this role, they managed the selection process of a new CRM software and implemented Salesforce Marketing Cloud as a project manager. Lena also created a new HTML template for the newsletter.

Before joining WhiteWall Media GmbH, Lena was a Digital Marketing Manager at MeinAuto GmbH from June 2019 to July 2020. Here, they were responsible for the CRM and focused on automated and individual customer communication. Lena worked on projects such as analyzing and conceptualizing the customer journey, setting up a personalized newsletter, building a customer portal for the ecommerce shop, and establishing automated customer communication via email for the customer portal. Prior to this role, they also served as a Junior Digital Marketing Manager at MeinAuto GmbH from September 2018 to June 2019, where they built up the display ads channel and managed campaigns in Google Ads.

Earlier in their career, Lena worked at MediaCom Deutschland. Lena started as a Trainee Media Consultant from August 2017 to May 2018. During this time, they gained knowledge about media channels, media research, content, social and communication strategies. After completing the training program, they became a Junior Media Consultant from May 2018 to August 2018, where they took on more responsibilities such as planning and managing campaigns. Lena also conducted marketing webinars for the client Nestlé.

Overall, Lena Fölting has gained a diverse set of skills and experiences in CRM, email marketing, digital marketing, and media consulting throughout their career.

Lena Fölting completed their undergraduate degree in Law from The University of Freiburg from 2009 to 2012. Lena then went on to pursue their Law graduate (Dipl.-Jur.) degree from the University of Münster, which they completed between 2012 and 2017.
