Marybeth Weiss

Marybeth (MB) Weiss, MSE.d., EMBA, SHRM-SCP, is a seasoned professional in learning and service design, currently serving as the Founder and Principal of Nexus Bespoke Consulting since May 2021, where innovative management consulting is provided to enhance health, wellness, and fitness for businesses. In addition, Marybeth is actively mentoring HR and Learning & Development professionals at Growthspace and consulting on learning and service design at Nexus Healthcare. Previously, Marybeth held strategic leadership roles at FORME, managing people and culture initiatives, as well as overseeing learning design, and contributed to Simon Sinek Inc. as a Learning Experience Design Consultant. With extensive experience at Equinox in learning and development management and prior therapeutic roles in educational settings, Marybeth holds advanced degrees from Purdue University and Quantic School of Business and Technology, complemented by a Bachelor's Degree from Seton Hall University.
