Brian Harmon, PT, MBA is the Founder/Director of Outcomes at Nexus Home Healthcare. Brian previously served as the Managing Partner at Senior Solutions Home Health, where Brian implemented a clinical model that significantly reduced hospital admissions and readmissions for seniors. Prior to that, Brian worked as an Integration Specialist at Performance Based Healthcare Solutions, focusing on research collaboratives with front line clinicians. With a Master of Business Administration from Florida State University and a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University, Brian has a strong background in healthcare operations, administration, research, and therapy.
