Jordan Player

Jordan Player has been a Business Technology Consultant at Nexus IT Consultants since 2022. Previously, from 2010 to 2022, they worked as a Senior Systems Administrator at Inbound Computer Solutions. During their time in this role, they established new accounts, reset passwords, and configured access to servers and file management software for users. Jordan also created documentation highlighting ticket resolutions and application processes for helpdesk issues. Jordan was also responsible for setting up new desktop systems and configuring laptops for incoming employees, loading required software and server permissions.

Jordan Player obtained a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems Security from ITT Technical Institute between 2006 and 2010.
