Josh Hiller

Josh Hiller has worked in the IT industry since 2009. Josh started their career as a Customer Service Representative for the American Academy of Professional Coders. In 2012, they moved to INTELITECHS, LLC, where they were the Director Of Operations. Theirrole included providing IT Support and Technical Business Consulting tailored to individual needs. In 2022, they joined Nexus IT Consultants as a Client Success Manager.

Josh Hiller has an Associate's degree in General Studies from LDS Business College, which they obtained between 2007 and 2010. Josh also holds several certifications, including IT Glue Certified Professional: User Level 1 from IT Glue (2022), Manage Dispatcher, Manage Engineer/Technician, and Manage Service Manager from ConnectWise (2022), Sophos Certified Engineer (2017), Sophos Certified Sales Consultant (2017), and A+ from CompTIA.
