Mrics Ram Choudhary

Ram Choudhary, MRICS has a diverse work experience in the field of operations and facility management. Ram is currently working as the Director of Operations at Cushman & Wakefield since November 2021. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Technical & Operations at Nexus Malls (A Blackstone Group Company) from February 2019.

At Nexus Malls, Ram efficiently managed various building systems and played a crucial role in project governance and strategy for a major shopping mall in North India. Before joining Nexus Malls, they worked at JLL India as the AVP Operations from September 2010 to January 2019, where they led operations for a large area with high power supply.

Ram also has experience working as the Facility Head at Pantaloons, Future Group India and as a Senior Manager for Maintenance at Nexus Malls-Treasure Island Indore. Ram started their career at the Bombay Hospital and Medical Research Centre, Mumbai as an Assistant Manager for Engineering and Facility.

Ram Choudhary, MRICS, holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Hotel and Retail Management from the Indian Institute of Professional Studies. Ram completed this program from 2008 to 2010. Prior to that, Ram earned a degree in Electrical Engineering from Rajiv Gandhi Prodyogiki Vishwavidyalaya, which they pursued from 1995 to 1999.

In addition to their formal education, Ram has obtained several certifications throughout their career. In 2023, they completed the "Introduction to ISO Global BIM Standards" and "Writing Formal Business Letters and Emails" courses from LinkedIn. Ram also obtained the MRICS (Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) certification from RICS in March 2023.

Ram's other certifications include the "Advanced Training Programme on- Green Building" from the CII - Indian Green Building Council (IGBC) in 2022, and the "ISO Certified Internal Auditor (ISO:9001, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018)" certificate from TÜV SÜD in April 2022.

In 2021, Ram received the "Man of Excellence 2021" award from the Indian Achievers Forum. Ram also obtained the "Harmonics Mitigation- Power Quality Solutions" certificate from L&T Electrical & Automation, and the "Certificates of Integrated Inventory & Supply Chain Management" from the Confederation of Indian Industry in the same year.

Prior to these achievements, Ram earned the "Certificate- The world of constructability- Structure technology" from Tekla Software in 2020, and the "Certified Professional in Building Energy Management" certificate from the Confederation of Indian Industry in July 2020. Ram also became a member of ISHRAE (Indian Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air Conditioning Engineers) in January 2020.

Finally, Ram's oldest certification dates back to November 2007, when they obtained the "Electrical Contractor- Class A" license from the Chief Inspector Electrical-Bhopal.
