Rohan Vaswani

Rohan Vaswani is the Chief People Officer at Nexus Malls. Rohan has over fifteen years of experience in Human Resources.

Rohan started their career as a Consultant at Planman Consulting in 2002. Rohan then moved to GTL Limited / Innovsource / Sutherland Global Services as a Senior Executive - Learning & Development / HR in 2003. In 2006, they joined ESSEL GROUP: E CITY VENTURES as General Manager - Human Capital. Rohan was instrumental in setting up the HR department and successfully implementing a change management process. Rohan left E CITY VENTURES in 2008 to join Unitech Omkar as Head Human Resources. Rohan was responsible for leading the HR team and was successful in setting up the department. In 2010, they left Unitech Omkar to join Nexus Malls - Blackstone Group (Retail Asset Portfolio). Rohan is currently the Chief People Officer at Nexus Malls.

Rohan Vaswani attended Mumbai Educational Trust and Army School Bangalore.
