Sourav Mukherjee (He/ Him)

Sourav Mukherjee has a diverse work experience in human resources and administration. Sourav'smost recent position is as a Senior Manager in Human Resources and Administration at Nexus Malls since March 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Deputy Regional Manager in Human Resources at PVR Limited from October 2016 to March 2021. Before joining PVR Limited, they served as the Unit HR Head at Shoppers Stop from November 2015 to October 2016. Sourav also has experience in Proximo Tech Soft as a Senior Executive in Human Resources from April 2013 to November 2015 and from July 2015 to November 2015. Earlier in their career, they worked as HR Administration at the National Stock Exchange of India Limited from September 2010 to April 2011.

Sourav Mukherjee completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Human Resources Management & Financial Management from Bangalore University. Sourav attended this program from 2011 to 2013.

In addition, they have obtained various certifications. In December 2013, they obtained the ITIL Foundation certification from EXIN. Before that, in November 2010, they received a certification in Derivative Market (Dealer Module) from the National Stock Exchange of India Limited. In May 2010, they obtained the Financial Accounting (FA) certification from NIIT Limited.

More recently, Sourav has pursued professional development in data analytics and business intelligence. In July 2021, they completed the workshop on HR Analytics from the National HRD Network. Sourav also obtained a certification in Creating Effective Dashboard in Google Data Studio from Skill Nation during the same month. In June 2022, they completed the Business Intelligence using Power BI and Tableau course offered by Grant Thornton LLP (US). Furthermore, in July 2023, they obtained a certification in Tracking, Measuring, and Reporting Your DEI Efforts from LinkedIn.
