Luci Windle

Luci Windle is an experienced educational leader currently serving as the Executive Headteacher at Nexus Multi Academy Trust since September 2019, overseeing Abbey School and Discovery Academy. Previous roles include Executive Headteacher at Fountaindale School from January 2022 to December 2023, and SLE at Learners First from 2014 to July 2020. Luci has also held positions such as Headteacher at Nexus Academy Trust, Interim Executive Headteacher at Pennine View School, and Deputy Headteacher, Assistant Headteacher, and Head of Lower School at Rotherham Metropolitan Borough Council. Additional experience includes being an Achievement for All Coach and working as an ABA Therapist at Autism Partnership UK. Luci Windle holds a PGCert and PGDip in Autism in children and young people from Sheffield Hallam University, along with a BA (Hons) in Primary Education with QTS from Leeds Beckett University.
