Oliver Bell

Oliver Bell has a diverse work experience in the planning field. Oliver started their career as a Planning Officer at Guildford Borough Council from August 2008 until March 2010. Oliver then moved to Woking Borough Council where they worked as a Planning Officer from March 2010 to December 2011. Oliver joined Broadway Malyan as a Planner in December 2011 and stayed with the company until May 2013. In May 2013, they joined Nexus Planning as a Senior Planner and later progressed to become a Principal Planner in August 2014. Oliver then served as an Associate from August 2016 to August 2017 before being promoted to Associate Director. Oliver Bell is currently working at Nexus Planning as a Director from January 2020 onwards.

Oliver Bell completed their Bachelor of Science (hons) degree in Geography at Swansea University from 2005 to 2008. Oliver then pursued further education at the University of Reading from 2009 to 2011, where they obtained a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Development Planning.
